S.M.I.L.E. (Supporting Mother and Infant Learning Experience): Free prenatal classes for young expectant parents under 25 years of age run by Durham Region Public Health nurses. This program is specifically geared to the young parent group. 72% of young mothers seek out and value prenatal classes. Topics covered are:
